Access to the plaza is already a nightmare to get in and out at peak times of the day. [...] Also, there needs to be changes in general with the road in front of Margaret Stenerson as parents park on both sides of the road for drop off and pick up and many of them walk across the three lanes of traffic in the middle of the street instead of using the traffic lights to cross. [...] Again between 4:30pm and 5:30pm due to the lineup to the intersection as cars cut through on Immel from the HWY. [...] While I am in full-support of this project going forward, I would like to ask both the City and the Applicant, Clayburn Ridge Developments Ltd., to include some considerations regarding the management and relocation of the wildlife that call the significant trees and shrubs that line the properties listed above and ours home. [...] Critter Care's mission is to provide care, rehabilitation and release of injured or orphaned mammals - many of whom are in need of this care due to loss of their natural habitat as the result of urban development.
