2.12.6 Loading Space: shall mean a portion of a lot and a building, or structure designed or used for the parking of a commercial vehicle while loading or unloading goods, merchandise, or materials used in connection with the use of the lot or any building thereon, and which shall not be used for the retail sale or display of goods, merchandise, or materials.
