Mary’s General Hospital) Description of Proposal The City of Kitchener has received an application for a Sign By-law variance requesting relief from: 1) Section 680.3.29 of the Sign By-law to allow two (2) ground supported signs with one sign having an automatic changing copy to be located 22 metres from a residentially zoned lot and the other sign have an automatic changing copy to be located 27. [...] 6) Section 680.3.13 to allow Incidental Sign 8, as shown in Figure 2, to be attached to a light standard, whereas the Sign By-law does not permit this.
